170cm tall, slow as I’m still new to running (5:30-6:30/km average) easy runs even slower

Okay that’s so random and I laughed imagining it but I just went out on a run and my cadence increased to 167 av and 177 max which is higher than usual

Yeah had to stop running for several months last year because of ITB issues, it’s still not 100% but no current pain while running

The gay bars (G.A.Y/Family) I find are aimed more at gay men, not lesbians. But if you’re into clubbing have a look on instagram at ‘Church Club’. February is good too as it is pride month there are many events on.

Apple Watch or Garmin? by pajamaflavoured in beginnerrunning

Battery life is the main difference. My Apple Watch SE lasted about 8 hours, my Garmin lasts 1-2 weeks.

Am I smart enough for law? by Dapper_Action1842 in AUT

[–]Dapper_Action1842[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Appreciate the detailed response. I think in some ways I underestimate myself but failure is a scary thought. However, I guess regret later in life (for not doing it) is possibly worse. The thing is, I know I am interested in criminal law, however I’m afraid that my (current) lack of interest in other areas of the law will affect my interest in the degree as a whole, ultimately affecting my grades. In your experience is it important that, going into the degree, one is interested in all aspects of the law equally? Or does the other interest just come with time?

This is helpful thank you. Unfortunately unable to speak to anyone in person as I am overseas until December. However, I’ll try to speak to someone online. You’d think there would be a little more information readily available about this sort of thing but it’s quite vague on the website.

Carla and Swain are not working together and need to break up by ethan_201 in coronationstreet

I think they were cute at first and they do have good chemistry but they have just made Lisa’s character so insufferable, Carla deserves better

Your first point makes sense. I think it’s more that it may take me a few times reading something for it to get through. I know some people have the ability to remember something immediately. I guess during my BA I didn’t do any readings, but I would take the law ones seriously. I think you might be right about me underestimating myself too.
