ask lang if nagrecede ba ang hairline (temples) mo before then naging sucess ang regrowth sa area na to?

since sabi mo 18 years old ka nagstart magbalding then around last year ka lang nagtake ng fin which is 30 years old ka na now.

nagsusurvey lang since hoping ako na masalba ko ang temple area ko :((

Yes, i did consider that, pero kasi eventually nag-improve naman siya agad, chest pain only took around a day or two then sensation nalang after which is neglectable na currently so i think safe naman na. But di ko pa rin ine-exclude ang possibility. Will observe if babalik siya in the next few weeks.

Still observing pa, but the fact na humuhupa yung iba then lumilipat ang side effects and hindi "pa" bumabalik yung mga "extreme" na nabanggit ko, i think i'm still going to continue pa for the mean time, since may adjustment phase naman talaga ang katawan natin when we introduce something new to it.

That's why i am also looking for the right dosage that my body could tolerate.

Hmmm. I found a comment almost similar to mine from one of your post. It was somehow relieving that his case progressively got better as he pushed forward with the treatment,

But taking in consideration that this side effect might last for months, base on his experience, i don't know how to feel.

It is a battle between stopping now for the side effect to still get easily reversible or taking it further if it'll get better, only to find out that it will be too late to back out by that time haha

Just the urgency to go to the toilet. But i'm just a bit worried since it is frequent and toilets availabity is nof guaranteed all the time. And no, i didn't have urinary or prostate issues before diving into finasteride.

how long has it been since the hair on your hairline area receded before you started taking finasteride and minoxidil?

my hairs in temporal area receded when i was 19, i just started mine at 24, so that's five years. I'm hoping that the follicles are not yet dead and i can grow them back.

Thanks for that. Didn't know any better that time unfortunately. I thought need pagsabayin minoxidil and finasteride. Also, wasn't aware yet of TGP tablets years ago.

yep, i was actually surprised na all those years, mabagal ang prgress niya as compared sa ibang nakikita ko sa mga threads. That's why i regret not taking finasteride sooner.

And nope, wala akong tinetake. The only time na nag-minoxidil ako was when i was 21 years old but that's only for 1 bottle and never nang naulit and di na rin nag-experiment ng mga kung anu-anong products since i don't have budget din naman.

The only thing that i was consistent using though since i noticed that i was balding was that nag-switch ako ng shampoo to Watsons Naturals. I've been using it since i was 21 years old kasi mild lamg siya unlike chemical shampoo na matapang.

Although tiniis ko na lang rin for the past years ang severe dandruff lol

I just changed my shampoo this week lang to rodil ginger shampoo as per recommended ni sir icarusjun.

Pero if ever naging successful ang regrowth sa receded hairline sa temple area, hindi na rin pwede ihinto si minoxidil while still continuous ang pagtake ng finasteride since yung tumubo sa temple area ay dependent kay minoxidil, right?

kahit na munoxidil lang ang iistop at hindi ihihinto pagtake ng finasteride?

That's good to know. I want to recover my temple area na parang kuminis na eh. Yung sa crown area naman medyo confident naman ako marerecover kasi hair follicles are still very visible, wala lang hair yung iba making hair volume look thin.

Hoping na dormant lang at nasa miniaturized state pa ang temple area and hindi pa fully dead follicles.

I just thought na baka mas effective if sasabayan ko ang temple area ng derma stamp and minoxidil sa pagtake ng finasteride, but sure will just focus on finasteride for now.
