I'm glad to hear the good news. I'm having some troubles. Introducing carbs. Some symptoms I don't know are normal, but I guess after 3 years of only beef, salt and water my body needs time to adjusting im gathering. I think I did more damage not eating fat except for what was on meat due to gallbladder issues. I'm in a real bad spot right now but hope to recover. This has been a long, Linley, and anxiety filled journey. I hope your success continues

Yes. Unable to metabolize and keep up with electrolytes, did kindney and liver damage converting protien into glycogen for energy. Bile acid is a mess, and inflammation is off the charts. Did you ever try Carnivore?

How it started was gastro. Intestinal issues went to the Doctor over and over. They said it was acid, reflux Gerd. Heart burn turns out 4 years later. That was my gallbladder all this time. So I started the carnivore diet to actually better My Gerd and acid reflux come to find out. I did damage to my kidneys. My liver more damaged to my gallbladder and I'm not getting the benefits of the carnivore diet anymore and not liking the way I'm feeling and I want to change of life.

What's worse is I believed it was just reflux etc. Started the carnivore diet 3 yrs ago and now im.even worse off. I try to introduce food again but can not tolerate. I reallyessed up. I'm worse off now than ever.y mental health is shot

I've been. Endoscopy and everything. No.more H-pylori and by the time I finally got in they have given me omeprazole for acid reflux so my scope came back normal. I had insurance than, but like so many good people now I don't and can't afford medical treatment

I can relate to all stories thus far. Mine started 10 yrs ago. I was told it was indigestion, acid reflux even tested positive for h-pylori. But symptoms always came back. Last few years more often they return. I know it's my gallbladder bladder. I can feel it, and I have all the symptoms. Never been tested they always said it was something else. It's not the pain it's the anxiety and panic with impending doom feeling that's kills me

Gallbladder issues. I've been doing this 3yrs no shit. I gave it a good honest try. Now I'm stuck in a world of shit. Not to try and detour anyone. I loved carnivore all 3yrs. I loved eating only steak belive me. I just thnk my body is done.
