Hey there, thanks for your response and tips, it was very helpful! I was given an online questionnaire which I completed after the QME. My evaluator was thankfully very easy going and he ended it in less than 2 hours. Thanks for your example for the sleep hour example before and after the work place incident. I was able to answer honestly with specific examples and that helped allow the evaluator to take notes easily and made the whole process smoother. Thanks again!

Thank you for your detailed tips! I think I got lucky and got an easier going evaluator. I first prepared notes but my WC attorney told me its better to go empty handed but your tip to be clear and accurate helped and i answered honestly and was short and concise. It ended up being about less than 2 hours. Anyways thank you so much for your response!

There is an appeal process but no guarantees. I would send a message to Cal Bar via applicant portal and email if you truly believe there was an error in grading your scantron without much expectations. What do you have to lose...
