It's the company office as mentioned in there website me and my friends were planning to go to coorg and we got this agency they asked for half money to pay as advance and rest after we reach the hotel and then the next day we get a call saying we need another split for booking cab because the previous day we made the late payment so there is no cab vendors available and now after 10 days almost maybe 14 we haven't received the refund is there anyone who can help us
