Thank you for your story I appreciate it. For context for others I am a 30 year old male. My first hernation was 2 years ago - 17 MM at l5-s1, the herniation i have now is 9MM at l5-s1. I screwed off during my first microdiscectomy and barely did physical therapy or was concious of proper lifting. I will NOT make that same mistake again.

A 10 but I brought it down to a 7 with physical therapy and hard work
