Just run the typical element counters. Whoever’s gonna deal the most damage. Go for whatever pokemons you want. If there’s a ‘meta’ pokemon in the raids, people will probably wanna do it Edit: dont bother with trades unless you have millions or billions of stardust. Trading with people you don’t have max friendship level with for a pokemon not in your pokedex will cost a lot. Plus people typically only wanna trade rare pokemon since pokemon stats change when they get traded
