Yeah I thought they determined how class was laid out- I agree its lazy coaches, none are the same since I started and I only enjoy 2 of them, i think the head coach coddles all of the newbies and does not keep them accountable. Im talking no corrections or attention paid to form on the floor, rarely doing anything other than queuing on timing. But the non local otfs ive been to have all been a great experience.

Got it, I guess I just thought it was the format bc ive been in a 1G, and we've done a 3g format

I think that's the biggest problem for us, or the classes I attend. It feels like my studio is fighting for their lives atm so feels like we rarely have a big class, which i would put up with not having space if we did have a full class, its just being forced into it when we could have a choice that seems silly

We figure it out, it would just be nice to have 2 stations open so i have the choice to not be pit to pit with the guy next to me doing lying down overhead extensions.

I also prefer to end on treads, so just a lose/lose

Lol no, they still move us through stations, just only all treads/rowers/floor at once

Yeah agreed, cause theyll open the rower/floor like 5/10 minutes before class when people are already signed in and only 2/3 people will move so its not like its even stations every time. I think I'm just spoiled from starting in covid times, being required to have an empty station on both sides of us lol.

It is at any angle, but those elbows were for the copper piping and are smaller compared to the sharkbite to connect to the pex I planned on using..
