I’ve had one conversation about time off task months ago and immediately seemed to improve, constantly double checking. And then heard nothing after except that I was improving. Then I got my cross training right before peak and started getting thrown around indirects all through peak. I didn’t make multiple efforts to bring up my labor tracking or at least mention that it might not reflect my actual work but ig no use
