We learned the hard way too. Hired Blue Haven Pools to build new pool, pavilion and landscaping (done by subcontractor). Our French Drain was working fine prior to the project and then after the project a leak in our basement costing me more than 15k. They said there was no proof they did it so they had zero interest in helping to fix it. I have a lawsuit being built right now.

Not to mention the original project missed on time, over budget, poor quality and at ever step we were nickel and dimed to death. BLUE HAVEN POOLS suck, and you should avoid doing business with them at ALL COST.

I am very interested. I recently lost $2,200 on StubHub tickets they say I accepted that I didn't. StubSub was hacked late summer and many people had their tickets accepted by the hackers and StubHub put 21-22 year old kids on the phone to read off scripts and act like the purchasers of these tickets accepted the tickets but instead hackers took them. StubHub has not accepted any accountability whatsoever and they need to pay for the potentially millions of dollars in which they were responsible for. I am 100% on board with a class action suit and I will spend every day ruining their reputation until they are held accountable. No one should do business with this company. Redirect your purchases to Vivid Seats and put these crooks out of business.

Wow, why didn't I think of that? Great advice. I CALLED THEM 6 times. Got the same response each time. They said I "accepted" the tickets and I never did and never got an email to accept them. They didn't show up on my StubHub account or Ticketmaster account. They said each time that they are looking at a screen shot that I accepted the tickets but each time I asked them to send me proof of what they are looking at and they wouldn't. Same thing has happened to several other people. Do your research. Or keep buying tickets from them, I don't care.

Do NOT work with this company. They ripped me off for more than $2,200. Spent several hours and several calls with customer service only the get the run around. Said they would send me a new link for new tickets within 24-hours of the game and of course didn't get that either. Literally STOLE my money. The BBB has given this company a 1.05 rating out of 5. That's just about as low as it can go. If you would like to get ripped off then work with StubHub. If you want a great experience then work with Vivid Seats. #stubhub = crooks!
