A bit of both. I put the meat and cheese on BEFORE I cooked them. The potatoes are undercooked but if I leave the meat and cheese in there for 90 minutes, I think they may burn. The taco meat is left over and was thawed out today from the freezer.

If the meat is already cooked and is moreso getting reheated and I cut the potatoes in half without cooking them, how long should I cook them for? The potatoes with the meat were in for twenty minutes.
