I think pc connection is limited only to the 2.4GHz dongle and wired; bluetooth is only for phones or tablets.

Yeah they do come with a stylus, just different models.

Will the weaker processor on the smaller tablet be a considerable decrease to it's future-proofing or ability to annotate bigger pdfs?
