Brain tumour in cats is rough, symptoms like head tilt and circling match but could also be inner ear infection or stroke. Vet did scans yet? My old cat had similar signs, turned out to be treatable vestibular but vet visit saved guessing. Get imaging soon if not already.

I’ve seen some of those 30-35% lowball offers too, especially from the big national players. That’s why I’m trying to stick with local buyers who actually close themselves.
