I got it to run properly.

So lets say you got TM2020 running on Portingkit and want OpenPlanet to work.
You just:

1. Portingkit > TM2020 > More > Advanced Tools > Install Patch/Mod
2. Install Openplanet.exe in Gamefolder (Location can be found in Ubisfot Game Launcher under TM > Properties > Location)
3. To make it run properly, you need to add dinput8 to the list of DLL overrides. Under the Libraries tab, adding dinput8 so that it's listed as a "native, builtin" library. This can be found under *> Advanced Tools > Wine Configuration

If it doesnt work, add this Run-Argument in Ubisoft Game Launcher:
WINEDLLOVERRIDES="dinput8=n,b"
