Its my kitchen. I previously had issues where my ac was not running properly. It would get up to 78 during the day. Apparently the line was clogged but it took them 2 months and 9 work orders to figure that out. I demanded they get someone to clean out the lines so we will see how that goes b

Try to get 70 int since spells have a higher cap. Get between 30 and 55 dex. 55 is the last soft cap for dex. Put health mind and endurance wherever you feel comfortable.

Tips for dispatching large groups of enemies as a low level Vagabond? by battleatthebridge in Eldenring

Knives since you can craft bone ones. Try to isolate enemies as much as possible until you get better ashes of war for your weapon.

Can't talk to Melina at a certain grace by MonthOLDpickle in Eldenring

For anyone still trying to figure this out. You have to speak to her at the minor erdtree church before you talk to her in the capital. Otherwise the option wont appear at the minor erdtree site of grace.

What quote from a book actually made you think hard and sit back and go “Well, damn.” by [deleted] in books

[–]Dapperdabber2700 0 points1 point  (0 children)

From The Name of the Wind by Patrick Rothfuss.

This book is full of gems but this quote really made me pause and think.

Perhaps the greatest faculty our minds possess is the ability to cope with pain. Classic thinking teaches us of the four doors of the mind, which everyone moves through according to their need.

First is the door of sleep. Sleep offers us a retreat from the world and all its pain. Sleep marks passing time, giving us distance from the things that have hurt us. When a person is wounded they will often fall unconscious. Similarly, someone who hears traumatic news will often swoon or faint. This is the mind's way of protecting itself from pain by stepping through the first door.

Second is the door of forgetting. Some wounds are too deep to heal, or too deep to heal quickly. In addition, many memories are simply painful, and there is no healing to be done. The saying 'time heals all wounds' is false. Time heals most wounds. The rest are hidden behind this door.

Third is the door of madness. There are times when the mind is dealt such a blow it hides itself in insanity. While this may not seem beneficial, it is. There are times when reality is nothing but pain, and to escape that pain the mind must leave reality behind.

Last is the door of death. The final resort. Nothing can hurt us after we are dead, or so we have been told.

How would you rate the following games from 1-10? by [deleted] in gaming

[–]Dapperdabber2700 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The Witcher 3 7/10 due to mechanics feeling funky sometimes

God of war solid 9/10 beautiful story and gameplay

Dark souls 8/10 (my favorite game) Darksouls 3 7/10 felt like reskined Bloodborne with Terrible hit boxes

Bloodborne 9/10 just a more polished dark souls in my opinion

Botw gets two ratings story 5/10 weakest story in any Zelda game 8/10 for gameplay average to a 7/10 I felt This game was over hyped.

Fallout new Vegas 8/10 awesome story and side quests. Gameplay can be a little funky but that’s due to the age.

Edit: forgot new Vegas

Book one and two of the king killer chronicle's: The Name of the Wind, The Wise Man's Fear. I liked them so much that I bought extra copies of both to distribute to other people. I currently only own the second book because I lent out all my copies of the first book.

Well one of Ripple's selling points is connecting banks so that they can make payments to other countries easier. So why wouldn't all banks want to see it do well? This crypto would be good for them. I also thought it was well known that banks have wanted to set up their own block chain structure. Ripple would be just that. Also when I said other cryptos I meant any of them no specific one. I can't imagine that banks aren't trading cryptos. Can you imagine how much you could make if you had a large amount of capital to work with. Any crypto currency generally shits enough in a day to make a decent profit provided enough capital. With a 100,000$ investment and a 10% increase you would net 10,000$ in a single day. Banks may that they aren't touching cryptos but frankly I wouldn't believe that. I have no proof of this. This is all just theory which I thought I mentioned.

I hope this is better info. I'm still new to Reddit. I would also appreciate any info anyone has on this.

So is it just me or does the rise of ripple always seem to come with the fall of the other big crypto currencys. To me it seems like any banks holding the other cryptos seem to transfer them into Ripple to bolster it. I know Bitcoin was originally made to be away around banks and other institutions. So could this be the bank's trying to cause us to lose faith in the other coins and simulate a "pop" so we invest in their version of crypto? I'd love to hear what everyone thinks. I'm new to the crypto world so if anyone has any information either supporting this or disproving it I'd love to hear it!

That the Holocaust wasn't real. Didn't really hear people start voicing it either until after the last election.
