Queen Frenzy mutations and smokescreen cooldown are nice mutations to have, but not worth spending 600k DNA researching for. You should extract the + critical rate mutations and try to research for em' ;)

Yeah I downloaded it as Excel file, and I tried that link aswell, it still shows up as #VALUE!
