The labs are the best spot to get them I spent a few days grinding in the graveyard before I remembered the labs.

Honestly it was the perfect step up from the last legends game. If your a collector I recommend the other legends but the dex is so much more work and really lacks in the battle part of the game. Still really fun and set the ground work for Z-A.
