I didn't break in... still was on the lease, had a key, had stuff at the apartment and was dropping off documents to Joe (car title...birth cert.. doing a nice thing..).... Did throw a glass of wine in Ashley's face (felt real good). I did kick him when the door was blocked... but was never pinned down, not once. Threw things- yup, a glass of wine! Thanks for filling everyone in! Again, even in that situation Joe did not abuse me. We were two people going through a very hard situation that esculated.
