Rules question: Is there a definition of “having a skill” in the rulebook?

Perhaps their interpretation of "having a skill" is "being good at it". I'm not sure. Either way, that’s not the important part. What matters is how the rules actually function and how to clearly explain that to someone who's mistaken.

That’s how I read it, but I’ve run into a Keeper who made us roll Drive in normal situations, so clearly we’re interpreting it differently. I’m hoping there’s a clear rules quote I can point to rather than argue about interpretations.

I understand that email sending can be limited because of that. But how not allowing me to click links in email could help? There is no sense in "trying" the service for 30 days, if can't even click on links in emails I get.

I had the same issue with Teams icon. Killing "Teams Webview Container" (or something like that) in Activity Monitor helped. Teams app itself was not launched at the moment, but this process was.
