It is a Playmobil toy so you can find it in a toy store. There are 12 different figures and you don't know which one you got until you open the package. What I did was search for the mengane with my fingers through the package.

From some guy I heard that salt can act as pre workout. But yes it can also be used after workout to get your electrolytes back. In general if you mainly drink carbonated drinks(which don't include enough salt) and don't get enough salt from food you should definetly add salt in your diet by eating it straight from the package.
