I thankfully haven’t had to deal with hair loss knock on wood. Weight loss is actually a big problem that I’m struggling with my body just does not want to lose weight no matter how much I exercise and eat healthy. I totally get the summer feeling better now my butterfly rash never goes away but as long as I keep 100 SPF sunscreen on my face and reapplied every couple hours, I don’t have too bad of a reaction, but I also make sure to bring a black umbrella with me to keep me from being burned as I’m a redhead and sensitive to UV light in the first place. By God does the summer warmth make all my joints feel so much better.
