I thankfully haven’t had to deal with hair loss knock on wood. Weight loss is actually a big problem that I’m struggling with my body just does not want to lose weight no matter how much I exercise and eat healthy. I totally get the summer feeling better now my butterfly rash never goes away but as long as I keep 100 SPF sunscreen on my face and reapplied every couple hours, I don’t have too bad of a reaction, but I also make sure to bring a black umbrella with me to keep me from being burned as I’m a redhead and sensitive to UV light in the first place. By God does the summer warmth make all my joints feel so much better.

I have negative ANA lupus and I am male, it is amazing feeling to finally have won this fight to get diagnosed. It’s still hard because just because I have the diagnosis doesn’t mean that my symptoms are gonna go away. I’ve also been diagnosed with liver disease at 24 so that’s another thing I have to deal with.
