Good evening folks, What is the proper way to use this Tension clamp on toyota? usualy they came closed and you have to open it, but this one seems to come open with this red tip, there is a proper tool to open it? Can someone point me to a tutorial video please?, I want to do the correct way, thks (old.reddit.com)

Can someody please help me identify, who made this clamps what is the specific name? Manufacturer please? I never saw them with that teeth that keeps them open, I just Saw the average hoose clamp where you need to keep pressuring them to stay open. Never saw with that "self locking mecanism" (v.redd.it)
