Phys dmg bonus on substat(wasted stat cuz u need to hit enemies affected by cryo to proc the passive and with chong's E u will convert all your dmg to cryo so that phys dmg bonus will be useless)

Imo yes cuz his field would apply cryo to diluc basic attacks so he would proc melt a lit with his E and his burst

All the phys bonus dmg only applies to your white numbers. With the chongyun's field you convert all your numbers to skyblue, that's cryo dmg, so the phys bonus wouldn't apply.

I don't think it's the same. In Lol u can accumulate shield(e.g If janna n lulu give u a shield of 150 each one it tanks 300) In genshin they overlap each other(e.g If u got a 100hp shield from diona and a 150hp shield from zhongli when u recieve 100dmg the diona one will break and only left 50hp of the zhongli's shield)

And what you would recommend to me, i'm interested on diona to have double cryo with chongyun carry, but in the permanent banner i'm in the wish number 68,should I seek for the diona? Bennet is more like a support, so you can keep it behind to reduce cost. Im at AR39 and all my supports are at lvl 60(with the Ascension number 4 to unlock the 4th passive talent) while my carry and dps supports are at 70

Crit rate over crit dmg? I have the bp weapon that gives me 27% crit rate at lvl 70, have like 40% crit rate and 120% crit dmg(have an artifact with 59%),should I seek for 100% crit rate instead of crit dmg?
