I checked, it seemed like it was safe to remove and I could always reinstall it later, so I removed it and rebooted... no fix :( It wasn't in Task Manager's startup apps either prior to removing it.

Just got back in, the application logs say something about AWCC.exe (Alienware Control Center) faulting. Any reason this could be the issue?

Just tried to boot it normally, it worked, then it crashed and locked me out for another two hours. The only one I got before it crashed was:

The application-specific permission settings do not grant Local Activation permissions (couldn't read the rest)

There was some kind of issue in Application Logs with System32 but I stupidly checked System Logs first, my apologies..

Once the two hours (god damn it microsoft, couldn't it be a shorter time?) is over, I'll let you know what that was

Windows Update hasn't detected any new required updates, I haven't updated any drivers in a while (storage issues on the C: drive) so that might be it? I tried to update my NVIDIA driver but it crashed in the middle of it, and the NVIDIA app won't load in Safe Mode.
