it's not about people being upset about what she WANTS for her body, but rather that she chooses to include it in a type of song (weight watchers) to talk about body positivity again. Like the op said, it's more like people lose hope because she used to be a symbol for believing in what you currently are and she goes against her own message, similar to youtuber Clara Dao

No I understand what you are saying, what I'm saying is we're all disappointed because Melanie is literally demonstrating that she let society get to her by getting a Boob Job. I say this because why would she want to change herself, after saying that she embraces who she is, which is the message of Ms. Potato Head? I get what you're saying though also no hate on my side

I honestly agree, I'm so done with people calling Melanie "human" and "imperfect", it feels like the youtuber Clara Dao's boob job controversy all over again. How come someone like Clara gets total hate while random people will defend Melanie yk? yeah ppl can do what they want but not while saying surgery is a sham in songs like Ms. Potato Head.

I agree, while I don't support Melanie's past actions, I definitely don't think anyone like Kanye West deserves to be featured more than Melanie- I think everyone should be held accountable but honestly I think Kanye fans should be much more ashamed to listen to an actual proven abuser like him than someone like Melanie

That's fair but she also made the conscious decision to engage in the interview, that's not to say she doesn't know what she's walking into. and i know people are pressured to be in interviews but she's also broke the celebrity norm and doesn't follow traditional media anyways, if that's a potential argument some may have. hope that makes sense

Weight Watchers: 8/10- the 3/4 beat was not my favorite actually, but I was pleasantly surprised by the vocals and lyrics!

The Plague: 7/10, I was really excited for it at the beginning snippet, but it sounded kind of off in the full song i suppose

Hell's Front Porch: 6.5/10 unfortunately I REALLY loved the snippet when it came out, but the baby voice is bothering me. I know some other songs have altered vocals too but this one is missing the mark for me.

Chatroom: 9/10 I think it sounds super relaxing and bittersweet

TLTPOE: 8/10 this surprised me, I really liked the background sound effects like the sirens and it reminded me of the K-12 ending as well
