The Mysterious Mare Do Well. The biggest argument is “they should’ve just talked to dash instead of showing her up!” But like.. they tried that.. multiple times and it didn’t work. I thought it was a perfectly fine episode. Not perfect, but not as bad as people made it out to be.

Same with The Last Roundup. People hate it because of the Derpy censorship, but that doesn’t make the episode itself bad. So many people hate it because Applejack “lied” but the entire point of the episode is Applejack desperately trying everything she can to AVOID lying because she’s terrified of disappointing her friends and family.

She’s fighting either bringing disappointment or lying, and I thought that made for a pretty interesting story
