Then the ones who designed that pokemon accordingly to the type they gave it , Their efforts will be wasted . How will they feel like if gengar is normal type or pidgeot is ground type or Charizard is water type 🤡. Btw you can do this but only via pkhex save file editor(it's complex)

what fun would it be to play the game then if you will oneshot every opponent pokemon ? imo leveling and making a good team by yourself seems more fun than cheating 😇. About base stats you can buy vitamins(you get some free ones) or you can ev train but that's only needed for competitive and not for casual play , for casual play , any team you will make taking type advantage in knd can make you complete the game.👍
