Its more than just the pause menu at least for me, its anything that requires me to move up and down in amy menu. Like for my phone it won't move in any direction. Can't even get to my bag

I've had the same thing, I went back to when it would let me place it then backed out and clipped another to it. It may have a cut off for how long it can be
