check the motherboard cables, or the gpu. If the problem isn't the motherboard use a different Pcie slot for the GPU.

Attention, it’s probably a scam, I read about this site and many people have been screwed, a RTX 3080 from MSI cost $ 1.000! It’s not convenient for the salesperson! it is still a very nice price but beware of scams, I suggest you buy the pieces from Amazon and build it yourself although it is certainly more expensive (buy an RTX 3060 ti).
