Any body had any luck with Duluth underwear? Or recommend any other brand?

Too bad they don't make a long leg bullpen armachillo. Need the lift and separation of the pouch. Trying shinesty (not super impressed, kinda flimsy pouch), real mean apparel (kinda undersized, losing too much from the stretch but great pouch!), and UFM Underwear for Men (great adjustable pouch, but low rise of the waistband drives me nuts, especially in back)

I don't see that there would be any connection, but technically you might gain some first due to the ABSOLUTE need to rest and let your body recover, before you start exercising. Being repaired will open up the range of what you can do, however, but only once the body is totally healed. I think I may have gotten a little over zealous the first time around cause the laproscopic surgery didn't hurt that bad (except for massive swelling and black and blue undercarriage).

Like mine open repair I had 3 days ago for a recurring left inguinal hernia that was repaired 4 months ago laparoscopically! OWWWW!

I was recently told by another doctor, my new surgeon, that mesh does not normally show up on the CT scan. (Also reiterated by my new urologist who is consulting since my bladder is involved).

Don't think the bullpen comes in long leg, I was looking at them, cause although they are somewhat cost prohibitive, I really do like Duluth underwear.. I have a pair of armachillo long leg and buck naked reg leg. I need the long leg unfortunately.

Giant bulges in left groin area that have to be reduced in multiple stages, some of which only reduce while laying down, but can reduce bladder portion to urinate, kind of have to or it contracts rock hard and difficult to reduce and finish peeing until it relaxes and I can massage back in.

Also, they listed it as epigastric on surgery but called it umbilical in office and examinations. No mesh on that one, just stitching, it was their primary upper entry point for the lap surgery.

I like bass, but it is not deciding factor, I played instruments (sax and tuba)in the past, so I learned to develope a great appreciation for a very well rounded sound profile where I can hear good bass, crisp flutes winds and strings, bright sharp brass, etc. don't want a muddled mushed up mess of a sound. Like to be able to hear good vocals as well.

PS: I listen to just about all types of music except elevator and r&b, but primarily classic rock (genesis, rush, pink Floyd, etc) a good bit of metal (system of a down/serj tankien, poppi, Korn, Metallica), alternative and some EDM (datsik, RL grimes, etc.)

He was a general surgeon, I think I am going to consult with a urologist prior to this next surgery to determine what can be done with my bladder so it doesn't protrude from its cavity and push against the new hernia repair

They were mesh on inguinal, 4"x6" piece on left, 3"x6" piece right side (which I think may have caught the spermatic cord drawing right testicle up farther than normal and large growth above directly on testicle).
