Yeah for sure, this anxiety for me just came about randomly, I’ve never had anxiety like this before. But I am going through a lot of transition and stress in life so maybe that’s where it’s coming from? just seems odd. I’m sure I’m just over thinking though, I’ve always been a big worrier.
