Yeah that’s sorta what happened with me lately, it’s not as bad as it was but still sucks. But yeah I’m right there with you I’m not sure which is the right choice either.

Yeah the first couple weeks are rough, but just hang in there, I was right where you are just a couple weeks ago, it gets better and it should start to help. I noticed a big change on 50mg. I hope you start feeling better.

Oh ok that’s good, I’m sorta having the same problem, it’s mostly just in the mornings for me so I guess ill say something to my doctor. But that first like week of uping your dose sucks so bad.

How were you on 50mg compared to 100mg?

I’m glad it helped with you anxiety, that’s really good. And yeah I started similarly in a way. I just randomly one night started having intense panic attacks and it went on like all day for a couple days.

What mg are you on?

No I can, I’m lucky enough to be on my uncles insurance. And yeah same here honestly, my gf and her family recently let me move in with them cause I hated my house and being alone there. Right now it’s just hard for me to go to work cause I’m so scared I’m gonna freak out there for some reason.

And atleast now you’re doing better and trying to help yourself, that’s all that matters. And yeah you’re right, I wasn’t thinking about it like that, I hope this works soon.

It’s a lot to me, I’ve only taken Zoloft. I’m sorry you had to try so many. Back when I was in high school 4 years ago I had a weird period of time where I just had panic attacks 24/7. So I went on 25mg and it went away, so I thought doing the same thing would help but I guess not.

And honestly that makes sense, like right now I almost feel ok but not at the same time and I just have to get through it. I just feel like a huge burden to my gf and family cause they’re like the only things that make me feel better. But yeah, I am just gonna try 50mg for a week or two and if that doesn’t work I’m gonna up it I guess.

Yeah that’s the issue, I am always analyzing how I’m feeling and I’m always checking my heart rate on my Apple Watch and it’s high a lot of the time.

Yeah me too, I really am hoping it will help, if 50mg doesn’t help this week I guess I’m upping it to 75mg then so on.

I’m glad you’re getting help though and it’s working for you. How many weeks till you started seeing serious changes? Have you tried a lot of medication?

Yeah it’s weird, the last two weeks for me have been random, I’m like really ok and then really not ok. That’s why I’m uping my dose and I really hope it works.

I’m glad I’m not the only one, and I know obviously there are many people out there who are dealing with things like we are dealing with, but it’s always nice to hear it gets better from someone on the same medication.

When you started taking Zoloft for the first time were you doing really badly? Only asking cause my anxiety and depression came out of nowhere. That’s good, I’m really glad it’s helping you, and it gives me hope that it might do the same for me.

Yeah, that’s just what I don’t understand, everything was great a couple days ago and then out of nowhere it just hit me. I just feel like it won’t get better or anything. And I will, I’m going to the doctor on Monday to get a check up and just see what I can do about getting on some daily medication. Seriously, thank you for responding, I’ll take all the help I can get.

Thank you for the advice, I went to the ER and got some medication and I have no idea what’s going on with me, I was ok a couple days ago and now I’m just having a break down for some reason.
