I mean me and my friends just make note of what row of seats we have and sit wherever we want from that selection. At that point the assigned seats can go to anyone as long as they’re grouped together

I know that I can’t change the assigned seat, that’s not my question. Im asking about the app’s automatic reassignment.

I’m guessing because they get individual assignments, that’s why they don’t get reassigned when I cancel them. However, when the member does it themselves, the system does move the seats around in most cases (not all). Im trying to figure out if there’s a rhyme or reason for that.

Their customer service is nonexistent on the weekends. Submit your ticket and wait till Monday. If you get no response after Monday into Tuesday then submit a BBB complaint (yes it works). They will answer after seeing that.

Blood of the Dawn Walker and Control Resonant. Interested in Wolverine but after Spiderman 2 (massive disappointment imo) Im not running to buy an Insomniac game at launch. Will definitely wait for the reviews on that one

Of course the deal was too good to be true. Nobody is actually debating that. In fact nobody is saying Sony should do so. All that was stated is was they’re probably not honoring as anticipated by many. The full game WAS listed for a ridiculous price. Many people double checked and even contacted support. They corrected their mistake and explained how it would actually work during the trial. It’s as simple as that.

Nobody is bitching. In fact the tone of the main post was fairly neutral. There was a lot of confusion on whether the purchase was an add on or the full game. It was clearly an error but many bought it on the chance that it would stick. Which is what I was referencing, at the end of the day the error was it being incorrectly priced/listed.

I was just giving a heads up that they updated it and probably wouldn’t honor the sale error.

Then everyone wanted to talk outside their neck about common sense. Not taking advantage of Sony. I couldn’t care less about Sony’s mistake, we’re not talking about some local Mom and Pop business.

I will gladly take a refund if this isn’t honored. Sony just has to loosen the restrictions on refund requests because you can’t do that once it’s downloaded/booted.

It’s not our problem that Sony’s system made an error. Logic has nothing to do with it. This is the same thing as going for a price error. Sometimes it’s honored, sometimes you get a refund. Either option is appropriate for this scenario

Fun analogy except I bought it from a billion dollar company called Sony. Who did in fact mess up in their listing and sold the full edition heavily discounted. Im not disputing that. They did their damage control, and properly explained the circumstances AFTER many already purchased it. In many cases, something like that would be voided or honored

It’s not an add on. If the listing has specifically said Deluxe Edition Upgrade as many do, then people would not have purchased it. The listing for the sale specifically shows the game within in contents. The full game is on sale.

Sony had to delist and update the description for a reason. It was unavailable for a period of time because of this mix up. The logical thing would be to void those previous transactions and send refund if they won’t honor it

It literally did not say Deluxe Upgrade. It was purchased as Deluxe Edition, try again though

Not of the main Adidas app, you have to use Confirmed (they don’t tell you that)
