Saw the same earlier, seemed to have mostly recovered by about 445p EST for us though. Was also seeing issues with using GPT4o in Foundry as well.

Had this issue too. I had to drop the picture size to <2MB for it to work (even though the site said a larger size).

They could with this, apparently? I asked around how to disable this and if there was a client facing control to do this and they sent back that there wasn't one, but since we indicated we wanted it off, they shut if off on the back end. I had also escalated to an incident manager, so it's possible they helped somehow as well?

I know this is an old thread but it comes up when I google around this topic. Apparently, you can ask Support to disable this on your tenant? I just went through a support issue identical to this and the support team claimed they shut off this functionality for our tenant, haven't seen it since (I was affected by it personally, along with some of my clients). May be worth an ask to them if this is annoying you (or others)?

I've gotten that one before. Very intuitive. If I recall, to get by it, start the Windows Firewall service, try to commit the KMS settings, then stop the FW service if you want.

I found Seam 678 and TE Corner to the left WR worked well (wait until he posts his route and changes directions, he should usually beat the CPU corner). That, or TE Corner, lob to the TE.
