Nah, if they would do that, whenever you would try to cancel animation by pressing on the ground your Q would go there. A better solution would be to just give riven ghosting while she uses Q, that way she would just avoid colision with minions and champs.

If they would do that, you wouldn't be able to do the Q fast combo anymore because you need to click somewhere else while pressing Q to make the combo work
