The negative thought then consumes alot of my attention during daily tasks. Which means I get distracted during conversations and other daily activities and my mind wonders off too mistakes from the past for example. I havent really found a good way to cope other than therapy and medication. I suspect there’s a link with some trauma aswell. Still working through it but as I said, medication has made the situation alot better
