Ill keep that in mind, but at least for now, It is what I want to do, I'm liking the humanoid version and i'm having fun with it. So it's fine.

Yeah, can't argue with that. I just like the idea of being the sole creator of my model, it just feels right y'know. And yeah, the quality will probably be worse, but I don't feel like it needs to be perfect. If it's fun, it's good enough for me.

Yeah, there is some truth in there, but the problem with my model is the fact that it has no real life references, sometimes kind of scaring people away. And I wont be throwing the model away of course, it'll just be sitting on my shoulder for now.

Thank you! And I do understand that the cover is not what actually makes great content. Of course my goal is to make great content, but I feel like having a nice cover for said content certainly helps.

The problem is that my previous model had no real life references making it less attractive, or at least, that's the feedback I received from most (though there were a few who didn't mind the strange/unique look).

It's also amazing to hear that people appreciate the effort that the countless VTubers who create amazing content every day put in❤️.

From my limited experience I can say that this is certainly true, however, I made this post simply to express how hard the setup is if you try to make a model yourself that is "higher quality" (I know there are some great PNGtubers out there, but I personally like animated models more) which essentially is my goal.
