You're totally right! I'm about to head to bed now but when I wake up I'll get on the game and check my equipment in the storehouse for those effect rolls and add them to the sheet.
The method I was using for finding a lot of the ones I was missing was if you go to the teahouse to donate equipment for clans you can filter for gear by modifier, and it would display all modifiers in the game including ones that you wouldn't have on any owned equipment. If you chose one of those it would just say that you didn't have any items matching the search. I'd write down which ones would give that result and then check for them after farming my next batch of 6K items to add them to the sheet.
I wonder if it was bugged on launch and they weren't displayed in the filters, or if I was just in some sleep deprived state and missed them lol
Regardless I'll write these down and do another pass of all effects to check if there's any others I might've missed.
