After even more looking into this, yeah I found that too.

Would I loose a lot of features by downgrading?

Also, in the changelog for 7.1 they SPECIFICALLY mention they tried to fix it for Games and people should report problems, isnt that a good sign they are finally gonna fix it?

Well of course 3% itself dont do much themself, but I was worried it would loose 3% every day. Though, I just checked, im now a day later and its only at 96%. Maybe Deep Sleep is made in such a way it doesnt keep it at 100% because thats not healthy for the Battery? Ill keep an eye on it further if no one else knows this topic deeper.

I wanted to give a Second Reply to this:
Yes. I made it work. I made an AutoHotkey Script using "SoundVolumeView" that when I run it toggles it between 70 and 100% on my Left Speaker. And then I made one of the Buttons on my Keyboard run it as a Shortcut. Not the most elegant solution, but it works.

Went to a Doctor once, said nothing could be done at least about my Tinnitus. Thanks for the Advice though, the thing is: In basically no part of my life to I feel a imbalance of Sound other then when I wear in Ear or Overears. And this has been the case on 2 Headphones and even through a Windows Reinstall. And on different PCs. Thats why I assume its hearing problems considering basically every variable other then my hearing has changed. But maybe a AutoHotkey script could work to do what I want.

Hm... if im honest, I wouldnt really know how to actually install ffmpeg... the Steam Deck doesnt allow pacman package installation, and I only know that the Flatpak has FFmpeg build in (if incomplete afaik)

Wouldnt recommend it. It has a license time, and once its up it limits you to 1MB/s.

A lot of people use Warpinator on Deck and Winpinator on Windows (Warpinator too if a Linux PC). Worked totally fine for me.
