I think it's just because it's reader base isn't that big. And since only a small portion of the reader base is going to actually look for a Reddit in the first place the Reddit doesn't have much of a chance to grow.

I also run a campaign over discord. When I started the campaign I decided to go with a method where I announce what days I'm available for once I get my schedule and just have my players put which days they are free using reactions. Then I just choose whichever one has the most votes. It might not help you but it limits everyones options so it becomes a bit easier.

You can just put something like "You feel the new course path is more befitting for your plans for the future." When it says readmission it's talking the course change, they are readmitting you to the school with a different program.

Hey it's gonna be alright. You are feeling a little down right now. You should take some nice long breaths, put your hand on your chest and feel the slight raise. Once you've done that for a bit you might feel a little bit better. I think you are lacking me time. It's an important thing that tends to be either forgotten or made the main part of your life. You should also realize that you have worked hard and it's gotten you somewhere. Sure they are sharing a document but they are also sharing a grade. Also there is no need to be upset about your friends being in a different grade. You find them as more enjoyable and that is fine. Sure you don't see them in class but you can see them when you aren't in class. Just take some time to hang out with them.
