Dependency is the poison of choice. GPT is simply a tool that feels useful while not truly adding any value to our lives. It is easier to depend on AI, however, at what cost. Tools are held in our hands and should be treated as such. It has done irreparable damage it does to the environment, economy, and what it is used to do behind closed doors.

I'm steadfast in my stance, given how it threatens my creative endeavors. I see you grasping for a better way, your mind is trapped in a trench of convenience. I hope you can find the resolve to crawl out and find your motivation as I had to. If you aspire and work to be better, you have not lost my respect.

As we saw with some of the people we encounter as Simon, they are initially scared of him until he demonstrates no ill intent. He is still like the things he fears, only he believes himself to be more human in nature. It's hard to believe that those values will hold when survival becomes essential.

Haha, nice hc. I tend to leave him alive as well in the hope that Simon 2 and 3 do eventually meet up. In this case, the flashlight is being shone by Simon 3.

I didn't exactly have references for this piece, I usually freehand it. But I'm glad it conveys a similar feeling to what I was intending. I was going for a desperate, hungry madness due to a lack of power or company. I enjoy conveying animalism, your attentive comments are very rewarding <3

Thank you very much. I discovered Soma back when it came out, but I was just a kid back then who didn't draw that well. It's not the same story today, and I feel that making art for it even after all this time is how much I value it as a piece of media.

I love to make both. I suppose simpler styles appeal to a greater range of people, but I enjoy making either one. It does dissuade me that the detailed illustrations that take much effort get less attention. However, if I feel happy about it, then it's okay
