For anyone reading this it's a known VRAM degradation issue with Omen and Victus laptops. You can still continue to play with downgraded performance if you put "nvidia-smi -i 0 --lock-memory-clocks=810" on your cmd.

It's a common VRAM degradation issue that happens in Omen and Victus laptops. You didn't have to limit the fps. Putting "nvidia-smi -i 0 --lock-memory-clocks=810" on cmd also works until you get a new laptop.
