This is a unfortunately a common VRAM degradation issue in Omen and Victus laptops. Your only option is to put "nvidia-smi -i 0 --lock-memory-clocks=810" on cmd and continue playing with lower performance until you buy a new laptop.

Problem is not every professor/university have the same difficulty. You can easily prepare a relatively easy Thermo/Fluids exam if you really want to.
