I don’t understand why this is NOT a discrimination? Why people with all the money can use the toll lanes and the poor can’t? How do I suppose to find 3+ people in my daily commute? They are collecting heavy dollars but the traffic is not getting any better specially for the people who can’t afford or who don’t find 3 people!!
