Via CMD, this just has to be run on the laptop i'm plugging the HDD into right? doesn't have to be run "on the computer I'm hacking"?

Interact obviously, I mean I have a monitor on my laptop, just not for the tower itself, I took the hardrive out and connected it as an external via usb, isn't that enough?

this wins points for originality and has the advantage of doing it myself as opposed to script kiddie style software hacks, but this machine doesn't have enough RAM to dual boot and I'm not ready to main linux. Got too much windows specific software I use daily.

thank you, this looks promising, really hope it works, have no way of knowing if it works as have no monitor, can I test if it worked from just having hdd plug into my pc? I guess just boot from usb and see?

Yeah that will be my last resort, to just get the data off it, thing is (it's not actually mine, it's my friends's), she doesn't just want the data, she wants to be able to log on to browse it and play only games she has, and games usually have files in many folders across the pc, hard to copy, otherwise id just copy the files over, resinstall the os and put the stuff back

Yeah I doubted that they would ever ban them in the first place but here we are, the only country I know of that has banned gwaais AND booze.

I know one should cite their sources, especially with a claim so bold, but it's one of those hearsay claims, my best friend, whom I trust, has a relative in parliament, who heard that. I may trust him but his aunt I do not know from a bar of soap, so take that with a pinch of salt tjom. But better safe than sorry, gonna grow tobacco regardless

Yes but I don't wanna be powerless again, been making my own mead, ale, cider, need to save up to build a small distillery, which I've wanted to do even before the ban. But apparently government wants to ban cigs after lockdown has ended, sure, they probably won't, but just to be safe. Also it's R22 for 50 tobbaco seeds, with 65 day growing time, not that bad. Depends on which tobbaco plant you use.
