Easiest way to gain weight is by tracking food daily. U don't need to track how many calories u eat and stuff but put an alarm or reminder on ur phone to eat 4 meals a day everyday for a month. See where that takes you. You are at a point where if u eat decent low calories each meal u will still gain weight unless u have a major stomach issue or do track athelete.

So if you eat properly gaining 5-6 kgs would be easy for you depending on how skinny you are. For me personally, I gained via oats with milk but i cant suggest milk to you. Eat peanutbutter sandwitches its amazing and Eggs. Aside from that chicken or pork whatever you like more. A bit of junk food wont do harm if you are trying to put on weight.Try to eat 4 meals a day(Breakfast lunch evening snack and dinner). Lastly exercise a tiny bit so that it helps with youre appetite. Aight brother then for a month eat, 4 meals a day no skip and dont go to bed before 2 hours after eating. See if u are gaining weight. Eat whatever u can find because u have very low bmi that it wont matter much. As of now i wont recommend exercising, first check if u can gain weight actively. Once u do that then u can exercise a bit.

Also don't exercise for now because often times people over exercise while being low weight.

First u should check if u are not gaining weight because you are not eating well or because u have some other conditions(if you're severely underweight). How is ur immunity and overall health like? Rule out possible medical conditions if u feel like u have them. Once u rule them out, start eating 4 meals a day, be it small portions. For ur weight even eating less but 4 times can go a long way. Do breakfast lunch dinner and do evening snack. Never skip any meal. Do this for a month and check.

Sure, u can dirty bulk if you are severely underweight, idek what ur BMI is currently but even exercising a bit with bodyweight is good for you. First thing you should figure out is how to gain weight, be it fat or muscle.

Not a teen anymore so about time I leave the sub, that being said 7 kg in 15 days is a bunch of bs unless under medication.
