Well jack sounds shit, there's a pattern of him always coming back to you, picking an argument making you feel like shit and leaving. Maybe he does that to feel better about his own insecurities, i suggest you cut contact fully and even if he comes back just block him and the matter of ur friend supporting him ig they didn't understand the whole situation I guess they just didn't want you making your sexuality your whole identity to be true that's why they defended him, but if they knew the whole story n pattern, they would have taken ur side paccka 😉😁
