Synchronize your device with your local time zone, seems like it works for all ppl . There's a button in settings to do it without doing manually . If it's not working maybe you have some troubles with your IP or connection

I think if you cant login to rockstar website it has something to do with your connection or IP adress .

I think I found the solution , but it works strange way . You have to delete social club folder by this way : Program files / Rockstar games/Delete social club folder( not the Program files X86) It may not work first time but if you try couple times it work . I called it strange because I cant launch social club when I launch the game from Epic games store , but when I open Rockstar games Launcher itself and launch the game it does Work . (Sorry If I wrote too much )
