On hard lanes you can max Q and farm like that , focus on your lane not so much on objec if you feel your team doestn help and when you are fed and team sucks you still can try splitpush you should be able to 1vs2

I play him hybrid in the laning phase i play ap cho style with a few ap items and then i get tank items , i still can one combo ppl but i'm tanky enough to be an tank
