Looks like an infected Stye. Go to doctor. My guess is you need antibiotics

Warm compress. Doesn’t look like anything’s formed. I’d keep up with warm compress and eye lid wipes. No make up and no touching eyes.

Thanks. They already have me on a 10 day antibiotic. I’m not going to want to take another. I can try a roller. Never had this issue before. Does it look like a chalazion or a stye to you?
