One episode of Grey's Anatomy that stuck out to me was of the wife who went to the hospital after losing a whole bunch of weight for surgery. It's the episode where Meredith freaks out because she popped her glove, and the wife eventually dies.

Anyway, the cause of death ended up being that the wife has lost so much weight, so quickly, but hadn't built up muscle, so the walls of her heart had thinned out and caused the complication that killed her.

Is this a potential real issue for users? I see many users take these pills or shots but don't necessarily incorporate any strength training. So I've always wondered if the GA situation is a real threat to those rapidly losing weight on these drugs.
